X/Y cutter

The new XLA Series features fully automatic vertical blade positioning that allows cutting of variable sizes without human intervention. Allowing increasing productivity, precision and at the same time reducing production costs along with no human errors related to the manual positioning of the blade.

Together with the patented X/Y blade image tracking available also on XL series, it is the world’s first fully automatic X/Y cutter, capable of unattended trimming with precision variable sizes in the same roll up to 5 copies side by side without lenght limit.

Controlled by a barcode that is automatically generated by the RIP, the XLA recognized the image sizes that are printed on the roll and automatically adjust the position of the vertilcal blades, allowing the trimming of both seamless wallpaper applications as well as standard large format printing.
